Tipsport Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to all members using the Tipsport platform (https://tipsport.app) and its services. Tipsport is an online betting and gaming platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Tipsport.

Tipsport reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Tipsport. Any attempt by a minor to create an account is a legal offence, and any such account will be closed immediately upon discovery. A copy of a national ID or passport may be requested to verify your age before your account is activated.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per person, household, or shared device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

The name, address, date of birth, and phone number provided during registration must be accurate. Incorrect information may cause issues during verification and could result in withdrawals being held.

• Please use your correct National ID number when registering
• The phone number must match your own mobile banking account
• Keep your password strong — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols
• Sharing your login credentials with others is your responsibility

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit at Tipsport is ৳300. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfers are accepted. Deposits made through a third party will be reversed and may result in action being taken against your account.

3.2 Withdrawal

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are usually processed within 1–24 hours, though this may take longer if verification is still in progress.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions
• KYC verification is mandatory for anti-money laundering compliance

Once a bet placed on Tipsport has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The only exception is if the event is officially cancelled or suspended by the organizers.

4.1 Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent changes in odds will not affect previously placed bets. Odds can change rapidly in live betting — always review the odds before confirming.

4.2 Match Cancellation

If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For accumulator bets, any cancelled leg will be treated as odds of 1.00. If a match does not resume within 48 hours of being suspended, the bet will be voided.

Tipsport offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ৳30,000 in bets before withdrawing. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically count 100%, sports bets 50–100%, and Live Casino games 10–30%.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of activation
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires
• It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
• Tipsport reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of your balance:

1. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
2. Abuse of the bonus system or platform exploitation
3. Use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods
4. Betting using match-fixing or insider information
5. Selling, transferring, or handing over your account to another person
6. Hacking or unauthorized access attempts on the platform
7. Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illegal funds

Tipsport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances. Action may be taken without prior notice in cases of suspicious activity or violations of these Terms & Conditions. However, account reinstatement may be considered in legitimate cases.

Users may also permanently close their own account at any time. In such cases, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

Tipsport is committed to protecting your personal data. Information provided during registration will be used solely for account management, payment processing, and necessary verification purposes.

Tipsport regularly hosts tournaments and leaderboard competitions. Each event has its own specific participation rules, which are published on the respective event page.

9.1 Points Calculation Method

Leaderboard points are generally based on bet volume, winnings, or participation in specific games. Prizes are distributed once point calculations are finalized at the end of the tournament.

9.2 Tournament Prizes

• The prize list announced at the start of a competition is final
• Prizes are typically awarded within 48–72 hours of the competition ending
• Rewards may be issued as cash, free bets, or loyalty points
• Prizes obtained through suspicious activity will be voided
• Tipsport reserves the right to amend tournament rules at any time
• In the event of a tie, the member who earned the points first will take priority

9.3 Disqualification

Any member found to be multi-accounting, abusing bonuses, or attempting to gain any unfair advantage will be disqualified from the tournament and their prizes will be forfeited.
